Several people have posted on different topics and I have made the promise to find the name of a cream I use for a variety of purposes. Shockingly, I remembered and brought some up with me to the computer this morning.
I use this cream for: burning nighttime or anytime feet - I can still feel the tingle between my toes from putting it on about midnight last last when I woke up with the fiery devils.
I use this cream for: sore muscles, especially at night when I can't sleep. I will dilute in lotion and put on my legs arms whatever and it numbs the pain to a level that I can fall asleep.
I use this cream for aches and pains as needed especially when my lower back decides it is really unhappy with what I am doing and spasms its heart out.
So here's the scut: Tei-Fu Massage Lotion is the name. Here is the ingredient list: INGREDIENTS:
Water (aqua), menthol, Gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen) leaf oil, camphor, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol, Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, ceteareth-20, butylene glycol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, Eugenia caryophyllus (clove) leaf oil, Aloe barbadensis, squalane, allantoin, citric acid, dimethicone, xanthan gum, tetrasodium EDTA, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate 60, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben, ethylparaben, butylparaben.
And here is the website: http://www.greatestherbsonearth.com/nsp/teifu_massage_oil.htm
I would recommend googling it if interested, there were a couple of other sites selling it and I didn't investigate pricing since I get it from my massage therapist.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i will check this out later when i have more time.
