Yesterday I experienced burning on the bottoms of both feet. It feels like when I was a kid and walked outside without shoes on hot asphalt (you know when it's really hot outside). Anyway, I know I didn't walk out w/o shoes but here we are...hot feet. The burning is so intense it kept me up last night. I felt like I should have put ice packs on the bottoms of my feet. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, tell me what it is and what I can do to make this go away.
