Yup, the holidays are sneaking up on us already (cue horror music)
Someone probably posts a similar thread every year, but I thought I'd start it off now since I'm already having anxiety. Some of you may know that we've been making preparations for my mom to move back in with us (from assisted living) and we ourselves have only recently just moved. Her arrival is only days away. Anyway, back to the point of my post. We're expecting strings of family to come stay begining the 1st week of Dec and then the week of Christmas. My anxiety is through the roof.
What are some holiday tips you can share as far as not over doing while entertaining on or around Thanksgiving / Christmas?
What are some good self care (fibro) tips while family is visiting / staying over the house?
Any other tips, please share!

Yes, well, I have nasty GERD since 1978. Iron supplements are notorious for ripping up GI systems. Mine's already torn up, thanks.
