I have FMS, RLS and CFS...I'm becoming more and more symptomatic these dyas. I've noticed that when I have too much stress..I break out in hives, my eyes get so dry I need eye drops. My skin becomes dry, especially my lips and my hands and arms tingle. It's almost like circulation in my hands are reduced. Easiest way to describe it...my hands feel like my legs do with restless legs...I also have pain in the tips of my fingers. Has anyone else felt this way? Short of reducung my stress...which seems impossible these days...any advice on what I might try??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have had hives for the last year. It's horrible. I have to get to a dermatologist but can't seem to take time out to go. I use gold bond, benadryl spray and use non-scented everything. I'm sorry I can't help but if I find an answer, I'll be sure to let you know.
I also sneeze and cough. I take allergy meds and I don't like them because they give me medicine head during the day when I have to concentrate on work. I suppose I feel better knowing it's not just me...(smile)
My hands are worse when cold...yes. I take cymbalta which in addition to being an anti depressant...it has been known to help with nerve pain. I've only been on it for three weeks...so the jury is out. I have the weirdest pain in my fingers and feet...like an invisble person in stabbing nails into my skin...and my fingers and hands are stiff and sore. The insides of my fingers hurt most so holding things is a little uncomfortable. Thank God I have a high tolerance to pain...I guess if that's really true...and ordinary person would be sprawled out on the floor screaming for really good drugs...LOL I gotta laugh at it sometimes...or I'll be freaking out all day long. Thank you for contributing to my advice request....Bev~~
