I have had fibro for a very long time but recently I have been getting muscle spasms. They started in my calves but, have gotten them all over my body now. the other day my friend and I were well, she was laughing and I was both laughing and crying in pain while I got spasms all over my mid-body consecutively for about three minutes. Sometimes they just keep comming over and over and I am not defcient in potassium.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Also, I agree about the magnesium and want to put a plug in for vitamin D3. Both are vital for muscle function and pain control.
just remember to #1 find one that deals with FM
