Not sure if this is related to my Fibro. Anxiety, Vertigo or all the above, so I'm going to post it in a few locations.
Just wondering if any of you experience this sort of HyPER-Ultra sensitive state, with your senses. What I mean it that certain noises literally make your body jump or "twitch". Some days I'm sensitive to noises, (certain frequencies seem worse) , lights & motion. And some days its nearly intolerable--feels like I'm going to go crazy from all the "jolting" to my system. Just wonder if any of you have had this & found anything to help...
Many Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Well, that . . . plus I'm cheap! *grin*
I absolutely CANNOT go to like 4th of July fireworks shows because If I hear unexpected KABOOMS...it is like an electric jolt in my neck quite painful...
If I'm on the phone, TV and anyone talking in background makes it impossible to hear.
Lights, sounds & motions also jolt me.
I use to love to go to fairs and ride the rides. Have you noticed how you can not do that anymore? My head spins to the point of intense naseau and vertigo.
I'm with ya girl and it all sucks. Mel
I have to buy everything unscented. If I have to be by someone with cologne or perfume on, I will get a horrendous headache.
thanks for sharing .
((hugs)) & thanks again for the replies.
Light, smells, and touch are also very irritating from time to time.
You describe it very well as a jolting sensation. Other people don't understand how awful it is, but I can relate to you.
