I went to the ER and I don't know if I mentioned that my face was going numb about 2 weeks ago. It did stop but I had told my primary care doc and she said it could be from the migraines and to take the migraine meds when it happens to see if it goes away. I thought, fair enough. Now 4-5 months ago I saw her about my leg going so numb that I was falling and my legs never fall asleep. She sent me along to physical therapy, they wouldn't touch me and sent me along to an orthopedic doc. He did an MRI on my lower and mid back. It was fine. But x-rays showed I have arthritis in my lower back. And my hip is out of the joint, and I have bursitis. Awesome right. But no explanation for the numbness which I still complain about. SOOOOOO tonight at the ER (awesome doc) I didn't even have to mention any prior health problems really. I did anyways BUT it turns out I have either a slipped disc or pinched nerve in my neck. So I guess complaining to my PC for over a year about neck pain from a car accident meant nothing to her. He gave me some vicodin and told me to call my PC Monday to schedule an MRI and to see a neurologist. Yay someone had an answer to something! Thanks for all your support.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
