I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have an electric heated matress pad that has 2 settings, one for each side of the bed, it has 5 settings and gets nice and warm. I love it in the winter, but dont use it in the summer
I tried moist heat, i didnt like it,it was almost like it made my tender spots on my back and shoulders worse.
I feel like a little kid on Chirstmas morning...God this is terrible I'm excited about getting a new heating pad....I must be getting old LOL!!!!

I bought mine for $30 at K-Mart. It's an extra large, (12x24)Sunbeam brand. It really works well, and it has an insert if you want moist heat. I don't use the moist heat part. It wraps around my back and hips really well, or you can use it up and down behind your whole back! It is like heaven after a long day at work!
