It's an underquilt for the bed. I heard it really helps and I'm thinking about purchasing one, but they are on the expensive side. So before I spend the money I would like to know if it's worth it. It's supposed to improve the quality and quantity of sleep and also help ease tender points and sore spots. I suffer with these problems and I would love to find something that will help me get a more restful and comfortable sleep at night. I would appreciate any comments on this subject. Thanks
