My fibro is centered in my neck and shoulders and so I have a hard time holding anything like a hairdryer or curling iron for any length of time. Right now my hair is shoulder length, I wash it at night and let it dry over night and then curl it the next morning and then use rollers some nights because if I get hot and sweat the curl just disappears. Keeping it short just seemed to be even more work. How do you all do your hair? Just leaving it straight isn't an option because it goes everyway it can. And letting it get any longer always gives me a headache. And it grows straight to my face so I have to wear a headband or combs or something even when it's this long. It's just such a pain in the butt!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
