I have been reading about the use of Mucinex and Fibro. It looks like it can be challenging to change daily habits, but I'm wondering, is it worth a shot? I can't see what would be worse then not trying it. Is there anyone out there that has had positive changes in thier symptoms? I have the book by Dr St Amand, I'm ready to have the med sent to me, is there a reason I shouldn't?
