SORRY I HAVE NOT BEEN AROUND MUCH LATELY BUT I'VE BEEN REALLY BUSY. I HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS TO REPORT AT LAST! I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AT WORK TO PRACTICE MANAGER WHICH MEANS I WILL NO LONGER BE ON MY FEET ALL DAY !!!! MORE MONEY !! AND MORE PRESSURE ..... BUT I HAVE A GREAT STAFF TO WORK WITH AND SOME EXCITING TIMES AHEAD.
THERES MORE: MY ELDEST DAUGHTER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED TO HER COLLEGE OF CHOICE FOR A DEGREE IN PHYSICS, MY MIDDLE DAUGHTER HAS JUST BEEN IN THE SEMI- FINALS OF THE BAND OF AMERICA CONTEST AND MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER IS JUST FINISHING THE LAST DAY OF HER CHURCH PAGEANT SO EVERYONE IS HAPPY.
PHYSICALLY I'M BACK ON STERIODS WHICH, FOR ONCE, IS HELPING WITH MY PAIN AND MY SKIN. MY WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT WENT DOWN AT MY LAST BLOOD TEST SO MY DOCTORS IS HAPPY TOO!!
I HOPE YOU ARE ALL PAIN FREE AND HAPPY TOO. I JUST WANTED TO SHARE SOMETHING POSITIVE FOR ONCE.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
A job promotion is a huge thing. And one that u can sit down for the most part. That would be my dream job, but still make the same amount of $.
Its so humbling to hear good news from someone here.
