Yesterday we went to the Aquatic Centre to watch our 4 year old swim. We always put the kids towels in the sauna so they are nice & warm for the kids after swimming. I stepped in it & siad how INCREDIBLE it felt. I wanted to stay in it...fully dressed!
While I was at work today my sweetheart did a whole bunch of research to find that the new wave is Saunas is Inrared ones & all the health benefits to having one, especially for Fibro...& he bought one!!
I am so excited...it even has a CD player built into it. Wish I could have you all over for a Sauna party.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Let us know how you like it.
Drink stacks and stacks of water and flush the little buggers out (Toxins).

I managed to get the 2nd session finished before I went into detox overdrive the like of which I have never experienced before and ended up having to go to the hospital.
It took 3 weeks before I managed to get rid of the toxins that had been thrown into my blood by the sauna.
Toxins are stored in the fat in our bodies and saunas, when they sweat out the toxins from the fat, at the same time encourage toxins in other areas of our bodies to migrate into our blood.
If your liver and kidneys are not in tip top condition then they cannot excrete the toxins quickly(especially if your taking pharma drugs) and the toxins stay in your blood and make you feel like your dying!
Take my advice START USING YOUR SAUNA SLOWLY SAY 10 MINS AT A TIME AND BUILD UP SLOWLY OVER A FAIRLY LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
I've been using an infrared lamp and it relieves some of the pain.
Please tell us how u feel after using it .
Enjoy!
