Most know what I have been threw..
Playing this waiting game to get some help has been real tough.
For two weeks. I only had enough medication to take when I could no longer coup with the pain. Yesterday while looking for something nice to wear for Thanksgiving I found a box of Lyrica samples. I guess had dropped on the floor. I took two and after a while felt better then I have been. We went and everything was great!! I fed and help with the new baby and offered to help with clean up.. It wasn't less then a half hour later, I had pain so bad I had to go home. I also took more Lyrica hoping it would give me more time to spend with family I hadn't seen for so long. It didn't. Today the pain is so strong. Its effecting my eyes and my hands are shacking. I feel like a golf ball is slowly creeping up behind, and down my spine to my head.. To get up and walk. A sharp pain runs from my bum down threw to my right ancle. Then it attacs all of me all at once.. I have never been afraid to move in my life like I do know.. Nothing is helping this pain go away!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Have you tried a warm bath? You've probably tried everything already. Wish I could help.
I will try anything at this point..
Even Cal-gone Tack me away Bath. LOL.
Ouch Ouch!!
PS, I just luv your pic!!
Thats about how I felt taking Lyrica! When I told my Dr. about the pain levels getting worse and my moods changing he took me off of it. I hope you feel better soon! It took me 3 days to feel better after I stopped taking it. I just laid around with my heating pad, and didn't move unless I absolutely had to!!
Good luck, I'm praying you feel better soon!
I too, have the pain in my butt that runs down my leg into my ankle. That is my sciatica nerve. I was told by my pain specialist that I could have an epidural to help with the pain. I am seriously considering it; especially since I have spent the last 2 days hurting from it.
I hope things get straighten out for you regarding the Lyrica.
Hugs~~~
Try and relax as much as possible and a hot bath would help too. Maybe when you were feeling good you overdid it a bit? I'm sorry you can't afford your meds. Do you have a free medication program at your local hospital? Two of ours do and the co-pays are a couple dollars if you don't have insurance. Hope you feel better tomorrow, Hugs, Keleee :)
I always take a bath this way boudreaux!!!
I also a few months ago bought this detox mud stuff to bath with, and I do feel much better after.. I hate drinking water but did as you ask. I have spent most of the day on the potty LOL,, ouch, ouch. But I agree this is the way to help even with pain still. I am calling the Doctor this Monday.. Love to all who care for me!!!
