I went to an nutritionist and he said no wheat, sugar,diet soda or preservitives.this is hard to follow but not impossible.adfter a couple weeks i am clearer headed less pain and more energy p.s. twenty pound weight loss like i said it is hard but i was at a period where i couldnt fuction and would do anything to help it is the first thing that has helped in years.have some tips if anyone wants to know
