I am working full-time, but have missed SO many days of work that I'm thinking of just taking a month or so off under the Family Medical Leave Act. Aside from the monetary concerns, I'm just wondering what, if anything, it will accomplish. I know it would free me up to go to dr. appointments without worrying about using leave (I have none anyway) and I could get some much needed rest...but then what? I know each of our experiences are different, but any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
