Ok, I have a question. I have been pretty sure I have FM as my symptoms are almost textbook. If such a thing is possible.
Now, I recently read that people with CFS have unexplained fevers.
I will be getting ready for bed and all of a sudden I feel yucky and will have 101 temp. then in an hour or two it is gone.
Is this a symptom of FM or CFS? I don't want to have both :( The other question is this... I run really low blood pressure for the past year..I even had to be rushed to the hospital because I kept fainting and that is when we found out about low blood pressure.. Is this FM or CFS? I know you guys aren't doc's but so many are very well read about this disease that I know someone will have some idea.... thanks so much... Ninavee

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have been diagnosed...but she did not explain what was what...
I too have the low temps most night {about 100.5}...and I take NOTHING for that because my Dr. says it is the body tring to fight off whatever...
I also have low blood pressure...90 something over 60 something....but the only time that really bothers me is if I stand up to fast...I have fallen...but have not yet fainted...
FM is alot about the pain and all that goes with that...I think CFS is alot about the mindbending fatigue that takes us over...
I really have no answers...I have so very many symptoms....thank goodness they never hit all at the same time
It's the weirdest feeling ever. I take a pain pill and after about an hour they go away but I am exhausted. It really takes a toll on my body.
I have never been dx with CFS but I am begining to think I do have it. I can barely functiuon after about 3 in the afternoon and that sucks with dinner and all.
I will be reading this tread to see what happens thanks for bring the subject up.
I personally think I have both, but if not, I have FMS with fatigue & pain fighting for #1 symptom.
