I finally beat a week-long stretch of fatigue and felt so good I went to the gym for the first time in 2 - 3 weeks.
That was Sunday.
Today I feel like I have the flu, which happens to me A LOT when I work out moderately (at least 4 times in the last year). My muscles are a tad sore, but that is the least of my problems. My lymphs are swollen all over (including under my arms), I'm achey, and I think I'm running a low fever. Oh, and I'm completely fatigued, which is a real bummer because I thought I was passed it.
Does this happen to anyone else here?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Probably not that's fibro!

I have always been..{let me rephraze that "HAD"} always been very active...very hyper...Now if i do very much {actually very little} I end up with my happy ass on the couch by 4-5pm....body/joint aches...a low fever of around 100.5...chills...just like I am getting the flu...muscles all fatigued...is very common in my life now...the lymph nodes will swell in the back of my neck and right below my collar bone...Dr.s have checked me and are totally baffled by this.
