I have been in going on my longest/most painful flare up since I was diagnosed over 10 years ago -- over 2 months. The pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back is like fire. On top of that, I am soo stiff and cramped the pain is getting unbearable. Any short term relief tricks you can share with me? My Specialist has retired and I have not gotten a replacement. Haven't been seen for quite a few years, actually. With this recent longterm flare up I am reconsidering a follow up visit.
