I have been struggling with fibro for over two years. I was on loratab and doing good on that until my doctor had moved away and now no other will put me on them. There suggestion is to do the breathing excerise, work out. but how do u do the breathing thing if you really dont believe in it i mean what do u do every time u r in pain start the breathing excerise and as far as the work out it is hard for me because when i get out of bed in the mourning it takes me a while before i can function and then when i do have some engery and feel half way descnt i have a household to run. I've tried diffrent meds but nothing good so far except the loratabs. Next week they will put me on a anti deppreasant which also said has something in it that helps with pain, I cant remember the name it starts with an a does anyone have any idea? I know its not much to go on, but if u have heard of it any good feedback? Also what is good to do for fibro? Im tired of the pain I have done physical thearpy, hot baths, motrin, mobic, balofen, the cough medicine tramadol to many to list but nothing seems to work. Wish everyone a great day..... Sherry

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
