About 5 years ago I was diag. w/ a "mild" case of fibro. nine month ago i started back and neck therapy for dysfunctional s.i. joint and incorrect neck curvature. My neck, shoulder, shoulder blade pain has flared badly in the last month. Prior to that time my therapy has caused no problems and nothing was added in the last month. This is an entirely new pain level forme. It seems mostly muscular. My muscles feel like rocks and massage gives temporary relief. within 24 hours the muscles are like rocks again, even if i am not doing my therapy exercises.Does this sound like fibro to those of you with more experience? When this happens it seems to trigger pain in other areas as well. how do i tell the difference between arthritis and fibro? Lastly, does anyone know of any helps in the natural health care industry? BAD drug response runs in my family, but I am having a hard time coping with just massage.
