Either i had fibro fog really bad today or im just completely losing it!!! i was walking around in a big fog, i felt detached from reality. i tried for like 5 min to shut off my windshield wipers and couldn't figure out why they wouldn't turn off till i realized i was turning the lights onj and off over and over... then i got a speeding ticket i floated right passed a cop doin a tad over the limit, amyway my point is i felt very dizzy and distracted. is this brain fog? i also just went back to work sine ive been diagnosed i switched to part time and i thought i was doin OK till today besides thw fogginess, when i woke up i felt like someone beat my arms w/sticks, and my neck was so achy and stiff and i looked like i havent slept in weeks. how does this work, yesterday i was fine even questioning wheather or not i even had fibro and thinking i could nd wanted to work fulltime. sorry for the rammbling does any of this sound familiar to anyone? thanks =0)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
