Anyone out there find a connection between gluten and fibro??? Or any other food sensitivity? I have started to eat very healthy with much less gluten and I have been feeling better. I have read some articles on the internet about gluten exasperating (not causation), fibro symptoms. It's easier than it's ever been to go gluten free, so I'm serious considering it. Any feedback would be great. Thanks!!
