In the last month I have fallen twice. The first time I was in SC at my daughters graduation from Army basic training. I was walking towards a building and I fell. Nothing on the sidewalk made this happen. It happened real fast and all I can figure out about it was when I stepped down on my right foot- it was like it wasn't there. My foot hadn't been hurting, my knee's are fine now, but awhile back- several years agao I was dx'd with arthritis in my right hip. 2nd incident I was at my daughter's - I stood up and fell over. I think I just lost my balance on that one, although I didn't feel dizzy or light headed. Which has been happening more lately but at those times I did not feel it. I have had a change of meds - so not sure if that goes with it. A long while back I noticed sometimes when leaning, walking or going around a corner. My body keeps leaning. So that sounds like equilibrium but I don't feel dizzy or lightheaded at these times either. Anyone else have this happen ? Any ideas ??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
