We've all seen the chart marking the 18 tender points....but I seem to have a few extra.
Down the outside of upper leg, between hip and knee.
On outside of arm, about midway between elbow and shoulder.
On top of arm, just below elbow.
Anyone else have more, and where?

from the base of my skull, down the backs of Both arms...my rib cage about where ur elbow touches the rib...the 2 Fat pads on either hip...down the sides of both legs to about 1/2 way to the knees...and Inner fat pad just above knees...acyually, I cannot Sit with my legs bent outward...I get this White Hot Pain, feels like a Lump of Coal sitting right in the fat pads inner knee...
the fron Top of Both thighs...both ankles...oh oh oh...Collar bone area...like between my breats and collar bone...
Mostly they do not hurt Unless I am touched...sometimes one or another will hurt all on their own...
I tried doing massage & breaking them up with a Thera-Cane I got from physical therapy. OhMyGosh....made it hurt 10 times worse. I'm glad I have Lidocaine patches to use on specific inflammed & flaring areas.
Mine are usually pretty quiet, except the left shoulder (me too, Jane)....I tried to explain to hubby how much they hurt to touch. Mine feel like a REALLY BAD bruise when you add just the slightest pressure...same for you all?
