I am just wondering if any of you find a pattern with your pain. I always thought the pain would be worse in the winter, but i am finding that this is not so. I find my pain levels are way worse in the spring/summer. My arms, shoulder, wrist, fingers, are really bad in these seasons. My arms on the upper outside would hurt so bad before i seen my rhumy, that i was go to my family physician in pain so bad that i was in tears. Also, me knees and shoulders and hips bothered me more than also. How about you guys?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
