My fibro has gotten much worse this past year and now I find even a 30 minute hike and I am deathly ill when I return and it is lasting days afterwards.
I have run marathons and 100 mile bike rides in my previous life. Is this exercise sickness common.
After my hike yesterday that had several hills I woke up this morning wanting to go to the hospital...really really sick!!

Ours is dying. We can't get the replacement part due to supply issues. So we're stuck.And on that note, all this could be avoided if *certain* people (ahem, hubby) would *LISTEN* to their wives about not doing stupid things, but there we are. You know that section of a manual that says "REGULAR MAINTENANCE" and you should do it? Yeah, he never gets to that part. And he overloaded our freezer...
