I seem to remember someone saying there was a difference in how a person feels after exercise, depending on if they had CFS or FMS. Is that true? I did a little gentle stretching yesterday, and bounced a little on my mini trampoline, VERY light workout, didn't really raise my heart beat much. Today though, my entire body has been hurting. I'm just wondering if it's typical from the fms, or if it's a cfs symptom. Anyone know??
