I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
((gentle hugs))
You should try to get some sleep, or you'll be inviting a flare. Hope you have a good trip.
Don't forget a jacket..it may be cooler at night in SC than you are used to on the beautiful, warm gulf coast! *wink*
Don't forget your digital camera to take pics with, also an IPOD or something that plays music so that you can sleep. Have a safe trip, sistah and God speed to you and yours, and may HE watch over you as you travel to and from.
Try and sleep on the bus...an ipod or something similar is a great way to relax..pop in something you like to listen to, hide your purse and money! and have a snooze!
it will be alright! as long as you have the important things,ie; meds,clothes,toiletries,etc... you will be fine. The main thing is don't wear yourself into such a frazzle that you do have a flare and make your trip totally miserable!
Just remember if you do forget anything, there will most certainly be stores there that you can pick up what you need! I have never travleled without forgetting something, LOL and I thank God for the local Wal Marts LOL!
Take care of you Hon and God will take care of the rest(:
love and hugs,
Brat
Oh and Laurie, I love the remark about your behind following you, ROFL! I have the same exact problem!!
