My question is that basically there is nothing to make FM go away so is there a reason to not.push past my comfort zone while exercising? I hurt all the time anyways. Why limit myself to only picking up 5 lbs. At least the pain then would be from sore muscles because im too out of shape to walk up a flight of stairs. It would just b from FM. Sorry I am 30 with a 2 year old daughter & I have ran/walked 3 full marathons & 3 half marathons in the last 5 1/2 years (jan 2009 was my last race) its hard for me to not be able to do those things now.
