Have you ever noticed your emotions effecting your health? I'm just noticing it. I'm a bit upset right now & I can feel all the muscles in my shoulders & neck starting to tense up & hurt. Ugh! I hate that. I won't get into why I'm upset here, but you can read my journal if you want. I just wish there was an on/off switch sometimes for emotions. I know it's not that easy. Anyone else flare up when they're even the slightest bit upset?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
