Add 1 onion, 2 tomatoes chopped,2 cans green chilis,2 cloves galic, 1 cooked potato, chopped up,. Cook til softens onion. Add salt, 1/2 teasp. oregano, 1 1/2 teasp chili powder, cilantro to taste. Fill 12 flour totillas with meat mixture. wrap them like a Buritto. Fry upside down, on the fold first. Brown both sides, and dry on paper towel. Place on the plate, and serve with a bed of lettuce, topped with tomatoes, sour cream and avacado, and salsa. Yummy!
