Grease a 9 by 13 glass dish, put oven on 375. In a frying pan cook 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 onion, cook until done. Add taco dry season mix. Add large can of refried beans, you can add green chilies if you like, I use the mild ones.. Roll mixture in unfried totillas. I use the flour kind. Put one can, mild enchalada sauce, in bottom of glass pan. Put your rolls in. (I make them big fat ones.) Top with second can enchalada sauce, Top with tons of shredded cheddar cheese, and Motzarella. Put slices of green pepper on the top. And black olive slices. When I serve these, I top with sour cream, and fresh tomatoes. I bake until its bubbly hot, clear through. I cover with foil while baking. (About 45 min) I cut down the middle and make small portions. I hope you like them.
