I have three plastic 12 oz. cups that have vertical grooves on the sides. I use them all the time. They are lightweight and easy to grip, and they survive the dishwasher. I have tried like crazy to find more cups that are similar, with no luck. My hands & fingers sometimes ache (like after typing) to the point where I don't trust holding a GLASS. Does anyone else have a problem gripping things--and do things like like buying half gallons instead of full gallons of milk?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
