I know that Lyrica works well for alot of others here. I take neurontin and it works for me, and also helps my nerve ending pain.
I am not sure if it takes 4-6 weeks for lyrica to get into your system before you see a difference.
I hope you find something that works for you.

The ones who are using it with success have told me that it does take several weeks to kick in..at least 4 weeks.there are often side effects that seem to go away if you can ride it out...and the dosages they are using are higher that you seem to be using.
Since you are on it I would continue with it a while longer before you think about giving it up.
It is meant for nerve type pain and if it does not help you may be having other pain conditions going on.
