I was just browsing and read that bladder and kidney problems was a symptom of Fibro. Or connected with fibro.
This really intrested me. Because as far as i can remember back i have always had problems with my bladder and kidneys.
I was hospitized for it starting at leaest 6 years of age.
And i really hate to admit it but i also had a problem weting the bed all the way up tell i was 18. And suddenly i stopped.
So i was wondering if anybody else had this issue or still has this issue.
Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I'm still very susceptable to UTIs so the precautions have just become a normal part of live for me.
I only bath with Ivory soap.
I avoid bubble baths/oils, etc.
I'm very cautious about other things that could cause UTIs...trying not to be guilty of TMI here, but I'm sure you get my drift.
Mine is probably not FM related, since FM is fairly recent for me. I'm sure, however, there's a link. There seems to always be a link with FM.
Also i have arthritis very bad with joint pain that at times is very unbearable.. my left arm swells around the elbow and i cant move it..**hugs**
It is a painful or overactive bladder.

I really hate when my father says we all have aches and pains. Whatever. I would trade for his and my grannys aches and pains and let them have mine. Any day. but since its probably genetic for me then i will just blame it on his genes from now on.lol
Have a good day all.
