I have been to a podiatrist about a problem with burning feet...at first I thought it was from diabetes, like Neuropathy, but he says it's not that. He really doesn't know what it is. My feet are not painful, but sometimes, especially at night they burn. I can't seem to find a cool enough spot of the sheets so I sleep with my feet out from under the covers. This isn't every night, and I can't seem to find a "reason" or anything to relate it to. It keeps me awake some nights until I am just so tired I finally go to sleep. Sleep is another issue for me...most nights I either can't fall asleep or when I do, I wake several times during the night just uncomfortable. Something is always hurting, especially the muscles in my back.
