I have been having terrible allergies lately and nothing I take helps at all. I have had asthma and allergies since I was a child and the meds I took always helped. But this year has been the worst I have ever had. I have read that allergies is apart of fibro and I was wondering if any of you have noticed that your allergies has gotten worse. And if they have what do you take?? I have tried everything on the market!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Love ya, Kathy
If nothing else works. There is this OTC I get from Walmart. It is a little green pill called Equate Pain & Congestion Relief. ( It only has two ingredients) if I get the one with three ingredients I have adverse side effects.
Hope this or something helps. Allergy trouble will drain you have your energy too.
Good Luck!
Blessings, Jan
