I have a Doctor appointment on Monday to get re-evaluated. I've been out of work (part-time work) for 8 weeks now due to severe hip, foot, and back pain. I was diagnosed with osteoarthrits in my spine, couldn't find a cause for the hip pain except for fibromyalgia. My doctor won't release me to go back to my bartending/cook job, due to the bending, stooping, too much on my feet, running around, twisting, and smoke. Mean while I've lost my home, staying friends, sold anything that was worth selling to keep going. I have no income and it's like he doesn't understand. He wants me to learn something else to do for a living. I'm in the process of fighting for disability for the past 3 1/2 years. My hearing hasn't came up yet. What or how do I get him to understand? I haven't been able to work full time for 4 years now. Any suggestions/advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank You in advance for your time!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
