I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I'm on Celebrex too (for osteoarthritis) - I can't say it helps the fibro pain but it does help my knee pain. I really have to watch it though because I tend to get stomach ulcers very easily. A friend of mine who also has fibro, takes Naproxen, Tylenol and Vicodin for her pain.
When we talk about break through pain, its when we're taking stronger meds such as Vicodin and Methadone and the pain comes through before its time to take another of the stronger meds - hope that makes sense...
Feel free to message me if you have any other questions.

I was highly allergic to it so be careful. It zoned me out and I felt like my body was coming out of my skin (really weird).
Just an FYI, I wouldn't want anything tp happen to you...

Im quite new to this site. Went to a rhumotologist 8 years ago, dx with Fibro and she said there was nothing I could do for it. After reading this site for a few days - there are plenty of things I can try. I only take Celebrex for Osteo, and a fat lot of good that does for Fibro. I will have to go to someone else.
I have been on Tramadol for about 7 months now. I take 100mg, 3 times a day. It works well for me, and I did have some fatigue at first. Now it doesn't bother me. I also take Lortab for breakthru pain. I find the tramadol helps pretty well most days, and on bad days it takes the edge off. I hope you adjust to it, I love it!
gotta love you guys xxx
