Don't know if anyone would be interested in this, but your dr. usually writes dx numbers down on your billing sheet. Some write out the dx, like fibromyalgia & the number. Others just use the number. They are usually look something like 375.15.
I've discovered that some dr's write dx's down and don't always tell you all the different things they've dx you with.
I got curious, so I went to ask.com and typed in medical diagnosis code list and found this web site

You type in the number and get the dx. There's also a reverse look up alphabetically.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
