They say we all have a destiny, personally there are a few things I dont like where mine is leading.
I try not to think about going blind or where I will be in ten years. I try to be grateful for the sight I have now.
Grateful I am not paralyzed, life could be a lot worse then just having pain 24/7.
Its time to think about what we are grateful for and not how bad it is.
The mind over matter trick might help with the pain. Thought right now its hard to do, with so many floaters in my eye, pain all over, scared to take anything. Afraid that will cause my blood vessels to weaken and more hemoraging behind my eyes
I dont want to see myself blind and alone in 10 years or fewer. I dont want to see a person that should have lost weight 20 years ago.
Today I am going to try to think positive thoughs, going to try to think what I eat and remember to be grateful for what I have in life.
Get back to positive thinking.
Dont let fibro win.

I also hope that they have made so many medical breakthroughs that you gain back your sight in both your eyes.
I'm with you on the weight thing. I'm sick to death of being overweight and need to lose lots. My BP is 160/108 so doc is a little worried. I've never had high BP before so it's concerning.
In 10 years, I hope to be either retired or working as a Rec. coordinator or possibly running a care home from home. I love working with the seniors.
Carrie sorry to hear about your blood pressure, stress adds to it, eliminate the salt. My hubby takes meds for HBP.
Hope it comes down for you

I don't have to go out for a walk I have two cats one that likes to walk around the house with me walking behind him he stops every so often so I can catch up and the other I say I'm gonna get you and he runs a little and stops till I get close and I say I'm gonna get you and he runs alittle more till he gets tired and jumps up in a chair and lets me catch him. My little girl just lays on my bed waiting for me to come in and pet her.
Sending Hugs and Prayers that the problem with your eye gets resolved and your able to continue to see for a long long time.
I am like Mary, I don't worry about tomorrow at all. There is NOTHING that I can do about destiny, if there is one. I think you make your own life and there is no destiny.
So, I make today a good one and whatever comes tomorrow, I will deal with.
