I have known that I have mitral valve prolapse for 11 years now. This month I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after having a bunch of test done with different doctors for about 4 years now. Does fibro and mitral valve prolapse occur together. How have you dealt with the fatigue. My neck hurts all the time but the fatigue is what really gets me down. Sometimes, I feel like I can't even get off the chair because I'm so tired. I have two young children and I feel like I am always telling them I'm too tired to do something. They don't understand but they are so used to it. Does anyone else sometimes get a feeling of dizziness and like your living in a fog. Sometimes, I feel like I'm not completely there, but of course I am.
