I've been on Cymbalta now for about 2 weeks. I also have surprizingly been in a flare for the last two weeks. I don't think they are related as my flare feels like it MIGHT be starting to ease up. But, my question is, how long from the time that you started on Cymbalta (I'm on 30 mgs/day) did you start to feel a reduction in your pain levels? I just am trying to get a general idea if I need to be on a higher dose (doc wants to go up to 60 mgs. next month) or if it just isn't going to work for me.
TIA

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Ouch
Good luck with it...I can't tell if it works, to be honest. It's a bad time for me right now so I'm not sure what works?!?! ;)
Good luck!

I have Interstitial Cystitis. Foods too high in acid, citris, potassium will irrate the bladder. Even water if the acid level is too high.
