I'm currently taking Cymbalta 60 mg a day. I really like it. It seems to help me than other meds I've taken in the past. I think it would work a tad better if I could up my dosage but the doctor's medication book says that 60 mg is the highest unless it is for diabetic reasons. I've noticed in the forum that others take higher dosages. Is there any info that I could give my doctor regarding this and what dosage do you take? Thanks for all the help. I need to find some relief before I go crazy!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
