I have ALWAYS been a good listener. However, the last few months I have not been able to carry on a conversation due to "zoning" out. I know that the person is talking but I have know idea what they're saying. It's like I can't comprehend the words coming out of their mouths. For example, I was at my friends house the other day. She is having an addition added to her house. She was telling me about all the decisions she had to make. What she said was, "I went to Home Depot and looked at carpet". She continued to talk and about 2 minutes later I said, "You went to Costco for what?" She just looked at me and shook her head like "what the *fog*?" It's bad enough that I'm southern and I require that you talk slowly! NOW, I can't understand English at all! I'm interested if you guys do this and if it's a result of Fibro fog. Thanks ya'll I really love you!
