I started taking Malic Acid and Magnesium a few weeks ago. I'm waiting a while to judge if they're helping to reduce pain or to induce better sleep. I also want to try the 5-HTP supplement but I'm wondering if I should judge the results of the Malic Acid and Magnesium first, and then add the 5-HTP. Does anyone have exoerience/advice on taking this combination?
