The weather is definitely a big factor in how I feel and my pain level. Tonight, I hit the hot tub and didn't want to get out.
I sleep with an electric blanket just so I can manage to get out of bed each morning.
Since we're all different and tolerate different things at different levels, some of us get relief with heat (blankets and heating pads, microwavable "Bed Buddies" plus the Thermacare wraps). Hopefully, you will find some relief in some of these things.
Trial and error and you will find what works for you. Nice, cozy PJ's help too.

I can honestly say that since doing that, I'm not nearly as susceptible to the changes in the weather as I have been the last two winters. This is really saying something as the barometric pressure dropped .5" in 12 hours Saturday night with a series of massive storms pushing ashore. In years past when it got like this, I almost went crazy.
I can't totally prevent what the weather is going to do to my muscles and joints, but I can keep them as comfy as possible.
Warm/hot baths help a lot.
Long pjs with fuzzy socks under an electric blanket work well for me.
If I have to be out and about, I wear ugly lace up hiking boots. They keep my feet warm and give my feet and ankles LOTS of support. I even dress a little warmer than the weather calls for, just to make sure my muscles and joints are warm.
Hope some of this helps.
