If you have been or are on this medication now, please tell me how it made you feel. I had severe headaches. I was so calm it made my sister worry about me. I had anxiety. I had severe shaking spells. I slept or sit in parking lots for long lengths of time because I felt so exhausted. My entire body was off track. I forgot to write down everything I felt. I came off the medicine but some things did not go back to normal or atleast the way they were before the meds. I have not seen my Doctor to tell him I came off. In the very beginning the Doctor had told me it would take atleast 7 days before some of the side effects might disappear so try to keep taking it. His plan was to keep increasing the mg. until I was at approx 60 mg. (I think that's the mgs.) The increase was going to start happen[ng based on my next office visit.

Hello, sorry to hear you are not getting on with it. I take 30mg but at the mo it is not working. I have not noticed any side effects yet. Do you mind me asking you why you are on it?

I take 40mg and started at 20mg.I felt very tired when I tok it for first 2 weeks and a bit dizzy but it went away. When it was increased noticed the same thing but again it went away.It may be that you cannot take that med. We all react so differently to meds. marilyn

I was placed on it for depression. Funny thing is it did take away my back pain which I have suffered with for a long time. That's why I tried to stay on it. Thank each one of you for your response.

I need to add that they gave me familiar meds to Celexa for the fibro. They also gave me cancer meds. Has anyone else had cancer meds for their fibro?

I have never been given cancer meds but i am on Requip which is a Parkinsons drug to stop my rls and it seems to be helping with the spasams in my mussles. I'm on Citalopram to help me sleep and 100mg Sertriline for depression. I hope that you find one that helps you x Tell your dr the probs you are having and see if he can find something else that you can try x x

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
