It's me again lol.. I have been having a terrible time with my energy level. I can't seem to make it pass 3:00 in the afternoon without crashing and having to go lay on my heating pad. I don't know if it's CFS or just FM doing it. I have had FM for over 20 years but I haven't felt this tired in a long time.
Question - what are the signs of Chronic Fatigue syndrom??? I really don't want or feel like I need to sleep all the time I just can't get my body moving and it's starting to scare me because of the fatigue.
Any comments would be helpful...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

left had side blue column, scroll down, cick on The Spoon Theory. There are more signs and symptoms of Chronic Fatigue with lymph nodes that I have not experienced.
The fatigue has always wiped me out. I've learned to pace myself through the years. I can do some work, OR I can take a shower OR drive the car a short distance...OR....and it cuts into a LOT of plans...
I'm not sure how others deal with their fatigue, but I've always paced myself in accordance to how I felt that day, ...some days crappy, other days majorly crappy. I wish you well Hugs Ellen
I get up with hubby , to see him off to work..between 3-4am ,I try to take a morning and afternoon nap..sometimes I can skip one , but I just sleep longer during the other. If you look at my bloodwork, I am as healthy as a horse..but I am so fatigued that even something as simple as a shower and I have to lie down, and usually fall asleep. I dread driving because I am so afraid that I will fall asleep...I have fallen asleep sitting in this chair while on-line.It is scary...I try not to cook unless hubby is home ...that way if I feel like falling out ..I can without worrying about setting the house on fire...ARE WE HAVING FUN YET????????
